To have the paper published in the Conference Proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors of each paper must have a full professional registration and the paper must be presented by one of the authors. 3. Transfer your document into IEEE compatible PDF
Only IEEE Xplore compatible PDF is accepted for final paper submission.
The PDF of the paper must be created using IEEE’s service PDF eXpress, to ensure its compliance with IEEE requirements for IEEE Xplore compatible PDF files. To convert the source file into PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress, do the following:

4. Complete the copyright process through EDAS
Before uploading your final paper, authors have to complete the copyright process through EDAS. This must be done for your paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings. For that, click on the © link in the My Papers tab, then click in IEEE Copyright Submission button.
